Dr Arman Mir, is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr. mir, took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a clear and understanding way. I felt respected and confident in the care that I have received.

Great location with plenty of parking. Modern building with very nice waiting areas and amenities, large open spaces and, for a medical centre, a nice and calm atmosphere. Excellent doctors on duty with very little waiting time. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Armanali Mirjordvay at Our Medical centre for some time now and have always found him to be very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and explains things clearly, which makes every visit reassuring. Highly recommended

i visited with my friend and the lady at the front desk, Lexi, was so so so kind and helpful. she went above and beyond to make sure my friend was okay, even going out of her way to give us her own personal ice pack to help with my friend’s swelling after not being able to find one in any of the doctor’s rooms. she made sure to check in on us throughout our visit, and checked in before we left. she was so genuine and it really showed. definitely made our experience better. thank you lexi!!

Was shocked that i was able to see a doctor for a skin check same day i attended! Other skin cancer clinics nearby had up to a 7 month waiting list and weren't taking new patients at all. Was in and out within 45 minutes! Fantastic place to go and all bulk billed as well. Very pkeased.

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic. The Triage Nurse was amazing and was interested in what had happened to me. She took all the details and told me I would now need to wait for the Doctor. Doctor Lou also showed an interest i haven't had for ages with a Dr. She referred me for an Xray which was done and the results conveyed to me. To be honest the experience was the best I've had in the medical field for years. Thank you..

From the layout, cleanliness and signage of the building to the friendliness of ALL the staff, this was a great experience. I found the medical staff tone very welcoming, totally professional and very understanding of the pressure and nervousness most attendees are facing at that time. Most importantly, there was no suggestion of the consultations being rushed. I had XRays at the location with the results fed back to me, via my mobile, in very quick time. Not everyone wants to go the doctor…including me…but I’ll go back to this location anytime.

I attended here last week as my regular GP was unavailable. I selected the first available Dr when I arrived and used the app. I was surprised when the app told me the Dr was ready to see me straight away. I saw Dr Zahabia Karimi, who was remarkably thorough, listened well, and was very conscientious. I had to re-attend the following day and only waited a few minutes before seeing Dr Karimi again. My third visit was for an X-ray and there were no issues at all either. I re-attended this morning to discuss my X-ray and again had a very short wait for Dr Karimi. I would also like to mention how great it is that you are open at 7am. I was able to see the Dr, get home, and get to work on time, which is so convenient. Some medical centres don’t open until 9am! A very pleasant first experience attending Our Medical, and I will definitely recommend this medical centre. I will be back (hopefully not any time soon, even though my Dr was lovely lol).

Had a really good experience at Our Medical Urgent Care Clinic Penrith. The staff were kind and friendly, and the doctor was very helpful. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. I had to wait a bit long, but the whole process was smooth. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of me. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs urgent medical care. Good parking space available.
